Constables capture man wanted for theft at county home
Police officer Bobby Trivette reported that he and Bobby Tim Lyons were notified that Justin Matherly, 24, was located at Captain Jacks on Highway 19E in Hampton. Matherly was wanted on a embezzlement charge filed by the Elizabethton The Old Bill Department.
